For those interested in seeing practitioners performing advanced asana with ease and those who would like detailed suggestions on how to develop their jump throughs and jump backs, this video is worthwhile. Kino's practice is beautiful to watch and her tips on practice are both detailed and informative. Much mention is made of Kino's Miami Life Center and the value of her workshops. It may make you wish you could exerience more of this gifted teacher than what is presented on this DVD. Hopefully, it will be an aid and encouragement for your own practice. Kino MacGregor is the youngest woman to receive certification to teach Ashtanga Yoga by its founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. She is the founder of the Miami Life Center in Miami, Florida. This is her first DVD. -
