If you are looking for a way to create and maintain a daily yoga practice, Olotita’s Yoga Asana Series is here to help you do that with our new free on demand yoga class.  Be sure to review the previous two videos, #1 and #2 from the Yoga Asana Series on youtube.  Those are tutorial videos introducing new students to the Ashtanga Yoga method, breathing, bandhas, drishti and sun salutation A and some finishing poses.

Those first two videos offer modifications for approaching these postures, and provide more details of the history or anatomy or function of the movements.  The Yoga Asana Series tutorials are meant for you to begin learning the basics and start applying the knowledge through movement and breathing. It will be helpful for you to have that foundational knowledge before attempting our free on demand yoga class.

Our 15 Minute Guided yoga class is the first practice along video/Guided Yoga Practice.  You can simply follow along with the audio and video instruction to move and breathe your way through 5 Sun Salutations A and modified finishing sequence.

In the beginning, aim for practicing to this video 3-6 days per week.  If you are brand new to yoga, you are at the right place!
