Regardless how your program is structured or evolves over time, every module will ensure you receive education, introduction, implementation and mastery of these powerful life skills. Every Mentorship is customized to the client, based on their needs and desires within the time allotted.
During your your Mentorship Coaching Program, Krista will help identify your strengths and weaknesses, and devise an actionable plan to educate you, add accountability to your efforts, and ultimately provide a roadmap to integrate new skills into your life to achieve your goals.

Initial session: This thorough intake and physical evaluation will address your diet, supplementation regimen, exercise/physical activities and frequency, physical injuries or limitations, current medications, stress levels and sleep habits and more. You’ll be asked about things you’d like to add to life and, as importantly, things you wish to eradicate. We seek to help you define, refine, create and intend your goals – physical, mental, spiritual, financial, time management and energy – for your coming month and year.
Every session thereafter will encompass parts of all “pieces” of the whole, i.e., goals for your mentorship. Some “pieces” we will work with, depending on your needs and goals at any given time, are Bodywork, Body Movement, Yoga, Integrative Therapy, Biomechanics, Energy work, Self Care, Nutrition and Supplementation, Meditation and Mindfulness, Time and Energy Management Skills, Cognitive Training, Goal Setting, Guidance and Mentorship.
