Private Instruction

Both private instruction or one on one (1:1) personal instruction AND Mysore engagements/classes are Exactly the same method of teaching and learning this practice – they are both individualized learning and teaching of the Ashtanga Yoga system to each and every person customized to where they are in time and space = I meet you where you are regarding your physical health, wellness, physical capabilities such as flexibility, strength, balance, agility etc; understanding of the body/mind connection, control of your breath, any prior knowledge or exposure to yoga and if so what kind and if not any other kinds of body movements or sports etc, flexibility, strength, proprioception, and so much more.  

If we meet 1:1 tha 60-120 minutes is 100% yours and you and I work solely on YOU based on your needs and desires and physical abilities at that moment, or the injury you need to heal or the diet you want help with or the questions you have about your practice or the need you have to pull apart a yoga pose so YOU can understand it better. 

Tuition and enrollment:

A remote session is $165/60 minutes | An in-person session, currently available in the Orlando area only, is $175/60 minutes  | Special pricing is available through packages and memberships in our Shop. We offer a  20% discount to those wishing to pre-pay for a pack of 10; a savings of $350.00.  We offer a 10% discount for those wishing to pre-pay for a pack of 5 sessions; a savings of $87.50. 

For those wishing to meet on a regular basis from one to several times a week, bi-weekly or monthly, we do offer auto debit discounts for mentorship with Krista regarding your yoga practice and many other areas of wholeness from nutrition, life coaching, bodywork, time management, toxic free living and more.  The Discount for Krista’s Integration and Mentorship Program is 30%-32% off services.  Click here to learn more about Mentorship and the Olotita Signature Service offering.
