Welcome back to our Yoga Series for building or maintaining an at home Yoga practice! Today is Video #13 in the Yoga Asana Series, and today is a 30 minute guided practice with level II authorized yoga instructor, Krista Shirley.
You can simply follow along with the audio and video instruction to move and breathe your way through 5 Sun Salutations A, 3 Sun Salutations B, the first ten standing postures – Padangusthasana, Pada Hastasana, Utthita Trikoṇāsana, Parivr̥tta Trikoṇāsana, Utthita Pārśva Koṇāsana, Parivr̥tta Pārśva Koṇāsana, Prasarita Padottanasana A-D and modified finishing sequence.
This is a GREAT addition to your home practice aids and I hope you find it useful to refer back to often when you want a little instruction in your home based yoga practice. Follow along with it 3-6 days per week or whenever you want a little instruction, a little motivation or a little added love to your daily practice! If you are brand new to yoga, you are at the right place! And if you have an established practice, we hope you enjoy today’s practice video when you just want to do a few Sun Salutations and want some motivation to get to your mat.
