It’s Tuesday and that means a new Yoga Asana Series Video on Olotita’s Youtube channel!

Today we posted video #3 in the Yoga Asana Series – FREE 15 Minute Guided Yoga Practice!

This entire Yoga Asana Series is set up to assist you in creating and maintaining a personal Yoga practice.  I teach and practice the Ashtanga Yoga method.  If you would like to learn more about Ashtanga Yoga, tap here.  Video #1 and #2 are tutorial videos where I explain things in detail, offer modifications for approaching these postures, and provide more details of the history or anatomy or function of the movements.  The tutorials are meant for you to begin learning the basics and start applying the knowledge through movement and breathing.  Today’s Video is the first practice along video/Guided Yoga Practice, whereby you can simply follow along with the audio and video instruction to move and breathe your way through 5 Sun Salutations A and modified finishing sequence.

Follow along with it 3-6 days per week and refer back to it as often as you like if you want a little instruction, a little motivation or a little added love to your daily practice!
