Free Based Self-Practice offering

Our Self-Practice offering is our gift to our Yoga Community.  It is an opportunity, several times each month, to continue to work on developing or deepening your self-practice skills of independent practice and study, and much needed human interaction, but in a supportive and loving environment that, by nature, provides a bit of built in accountability for you to get to your mat to work on yourself and it also provides a dash of inspiration and motivation.  Pre-condition for registration: Must be a student in Krista’s Mysore classes or one of her or Shelbys private clients.  Alternatively, if you are traveling to or through Orlando and you have an established Mysore or Self Practice and are wanting to plug into an awesome community of dedicated self practitioners, we encourage you to contact us to join our self practice group when you are visiting the beautiful city!  Space is very limited.  There is no teacher to oversee your efforts, foci, body positioning, breathing or sequencing, it is merely a chance to plug in to community and practice the skills of self-practice by practicing the skills of the Ashtanga Yoga system.
