In this Yoga video, you simply practice along, guided by the audio and video of internationally renowned instructor, Krista Shirley. Move and breathe your way through 5 Sun Salutations A, 3 Sun Salutations B, and the first thirteen standing postures of Ashtanga yoga – Padangusthasana, Pada Hastasana, Utthita Trikoṇāsana, Parivr̥tta Trikoṇāsana, Utthita Pārśva Koṇāsana, Parivr̥tta Pārśva Koṇāsana, Prasarita Padottanasana A-D, Pārśvottānāsana, Utthita Hasta Padāṅguṣṭhāsana, Ardha Baddha Padmottānāsana and modified finishing sequence.
This is a GREAT addition to your home practice aids and I hope you find it useful to refer back to often when you want a little instruction in your home based yoga practice. Follow along with it 3-6 days per week or whenever you want a little instruction, a little motivation or a little added love to your daily practice!
